  • How we work at Gamepack

    From the very beginning of our company, we have been working remotely as a distributed team. During these years, we have built an effective system of remote work. At the moment, there are more than 120 cool and creative people in our company from all over the world!
    Our employees work in different cities and countries, so the video calls with our teams, informal communication in Discord channels, corporate parties, and other face-to-face meetings help us stay in touch:)
    For full-time employees, the working day starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 7:00 PM (GMT + 2), and do not forget about the lunch hour during the day! Depending on the position, the schedule can be more flexible. We also have a system of day-offs that you can use to relax or leave work at the time you need.

  • Hiring stages for a position

    The selection process consists of several stages: signing an NDA, completing a test task, and passing an online interview with the head of the respective department. However, the stages can vary depending on the position, for example, as a rule, full-time positions also require a probation period of 1-2 months.

  • When can I expect the first response?

    When you apply for a position, our HR managers receive an email. They will respond to your email shortly.
    As a rule, our candidates get a response in 2-5 business days.

  • When will I receive an answer after the interview?

    After the online interview, we need a bit of time to make a final decision together with the team. The HR manager will notify you about further actions and will be in touch with you throughout all the hiring stages. You can always ask them any questions!

  • Can I grow professionally at Gamepack?

    Sure!
    Our company develops rapidly, so you will get an opportunity to grow with us, climbing the career ladder.
    All your efforts will not be left unnoticed. We have many examples of how our employees have grown to leadership positions in a short time.
    The company has a system of evaluation that we conduct once a quarter or every six months to evaluate the work of each employee. This is yet another opportunity to notice your progress and consider the option of increasing your salary or changing a position!

  • Do you have a test task?

    Yes, we use a test task to fully assess your skills before working together.
    A test task is not mandatory for all positions. It is always indicated in the text of a vacancy if a test task is required.
    We value your time, so all test tasks in our company are paid for.
    A test task consists of typical assignments that you will work on in our company.

  • Why am I required to sign an NDA?

    An NDA is a non-disclosure agreement. Our beloved clients trust us with sensitive information, and we also work on many projects that are not ready for the general public. Also, the pipeline of our work, positions, communication methods, CRM tools, the cost of test and regular tasks, the names of employees – all this information should not be disclosed. In our turn, we will keep your personal data safe.
